Ya that is only one that isnt time locked for titans and hunters. Meanwhile warlocks have like 4 that are out at this time

But it still operates on RNG. And RNG is a bitch. They did increase the chances to get something you don't have, but that doesn't mean you WONT. I mean, that would just make it to easy. Which is why it's still a pain. So the only reason you haven't got it yet is your luck. No seriously. I have all of them already. I think I have good luck.
