You are completely correct, when you get charged as much as we do for destiny plus DLC which is very expensive for what it is you deserve a certain level of quality and consistency which we simply haven't had Since launch things don't ever seem to go right in destiny, there is always a problem, they lack foresight and common sense they just seem to dive into something without much thought.
