Not a specific post, in this case; just the general attitude of a social justice warrior seems to be prevalent throughout your post. There's nothing wrong with the way the employees are acting. They're expressing themselves. Just because they aren't forced through a die that removes all their imperfections first does not mean that they shouldn't be talking to us.
