I used mine for rerolling year 1 weapons. Basically here is how it went down First half of destiny: Whole community "man I wish we had a use for these stupid weapon parts" Second half of destiny (PVP players espeically) Yes, we can finally reroll weapons and now have use for our 1000+ weapon parts By the end of the year, A LOT of the PVP guys and anyone who was just anal about getting perfect rolls on their best guns were running fairly low on parts. Not a big deal since they finally removed rerolling and we were just starting to get a stockpile after working on a few of our year 2 guns. However, cutting it back really hurt us, since we didn't have a stockpile Basically, if your at 500+ in the vault, clearly you never used rerolling as much as some people, hence it doesn't matter to you how the weapon part breakdown works.. Just realize, that for some of us, how many parts we get DOES matter.
