He didn't just give small criticisms or suggestions; he went on a loquacious rant about how he disapproves of Bungie's tone and general attitude. If he dislikes the developers that much -- and he's had a year to form his opinions -- then he need not play their games anymore. There are other, similar games with very agreeable developers who will more than meet his desires.
