I don't get what you're trying to say. The causal player does not care about the patch notes or the updates. My friend is a casual player and he doesn't read about the patch notes or the weekly updates. He only plays whenever I am on to help him. He couldn't care less about the updates.
There is a difference between him and I. I read the updates and patch notes, he does not.

Because he doesn't care. That's what I'm trying to say, if you don't car don't read I really couldn't care less.

But does that make him not smart? Or is he unaware? Your base of the argument was people not being smart enough to read it which only applies to the players that actually play the game every week.
