Summary of most of the arguments here:
"Titans can't go into a pvp game without their hammers! And those Hammers are OP!" -Hunters and Warlocks
"Warlocks need to rely on Self Res in order to do a raid! -Titans and Hunters
"Hunters need tether to be any use on PvE! They also whine too much!" Everyone
Ok, so gameplay mechanics aside, any actual good ones?

You're calling it self rez a crutch, I guess hiding in a bubble and going invisible is also a crutch.
