BRING BACK REROLLING PERKS
Bungie needs to bring back the ability to reroll weapons perks again.

Want to be able to reroll again. Why add something so good and take it away...

Yes!!! To many guns have been dismantled. Now we have to wait for rng to get a gun - then good perks on that gun. Bring back re forge - especially on adept weapons.
