*A Wild Gringo has appeared* [quote]Despite the Breakers' treachery, Her Majesty still stands.[/quote] The Queenbreaker's Bow is a Y1 Exotic fusion rifle and 1 of 3 Elder Cypher Exotics. The other 2 being Dreg's Promise and Lord of Wolves. This is, by definition, a fusion rifle, but it is actually a hybrid. It acts like sniper, with a long range and the 1 hit headshot but 2 hit bodyshot, but it still had a charge time. It is one of the most unique looking weapons in the game and its sights are a big part of that. It has 2 sights, both equiped at the same time (which I will explain later). They are both different, one having less zoom and super energy display markers, and the other with high zoom with ammo and charge displays. Known as Queenbreakers' Bows, the very weapons once used in an effort to assassinate the Queen of the Reef are now prized possessions for Guardians-not only for their storied history, but for the chance to get their hands on fully functional Fallen weaponry.[/quote] The first thing this explains is why it looks so uneque: It was basically a Wire Rifle ripped from Fallen hands. This also explains the two sights. Eliksni have 4 eyes, allowing them to look through both sights at once. But who were these Queenbreakers the Grimoire describes? The Queenbreakers are a group of highly skilled Vandals led by their Captins. They were great snipers tasked with eliminating The Queen, Mara Sov. Unfortunately for them, their skills failed them and she lived to see them killed. Probably the most noteable Queenbreaker was Saviks, who was one of the first to surrender to the Queen during the Reef Wars. He is even seen in a cut scene from Vanilla Destiny, to the right of the Queen (your left). So remember next time you pick that gun up, you are holding the same weapon used by the Wolves to try to kill The Queen of The Reef, Mara Sov. See you starside Guardians!
