Are you a really good sniper? At least get 1 snipe a game? 70%+ for headshots with a sniper? Are you a developer? Do you set aim assistance values & other game mechanics?
I'll take a bet that you're not. So you're making your assumptions about how snipers in this game should work based on what, I genuinely would love to know.

I am as well with more sniper kills than most. But I'm not a developer for bungie. I don't decide or edit aim assistance or range values for weapons & no one who is complaining about snipers on these forums actually has the knowledge to speak on it as if they could do it better.
