He understand it's legal. He's just stating it shouldn't be. And I agree with him. The government should regulate buisness and protect it's people, rather than regulate it's people to protect it's buisness. This goes FAR beyond video games.

I'm well aware, they are legally allowed to do whatever they want. The EULA we have to sign has us by the balls. Doesn't mean I won't complain about Bullshit like this that should be considered illegal false advertisement, and would be in other forms of media.
