Those two DLCs had more content in themselves then Destiny and all it's DLC combined.
But you're comparing two drastically different companies. Look at how much content you get from a 60 dollar game like Guild Wars 2. Each company has a different level of buisness morals.

That's why I like Bethesda, none of their dlcs were terrible. Except horse armor, but let's not talk about that...
