Looks like apprentice work. And what's dripping off the ghost?

Oh god no! He's a fully fledged professional artist, he's done all my Pokemon aswell :) & it's a "water colour" tattoo. Meaning it's supposed to look painted on, I think it's beautiful! :)

Those look much better. Maybe once the ink had settled it will look better. That's generally the case.
