I just realized something about the dreadnaught...
Since oryx is dead and mostly all hostile hive/taken forces are defeated, could we just get control of the dreadnaught's super weapon and destroy any possible enemy fleets that come our way? I know that we destroyed the the power sources in one of the missions, but I bet we can get those fixed.
If oryx was able to destroy the awoken fleet, I'm sure the vanguard can do the same against a cabal fleet.

Eris took the gem from the sword that Oryx used to power the weapon. I'm sure there are implications to that.

You would need taken powers plus his actual full sword will breaker and since oryx is dead there is no one to make a power source for the weapon

My personal interpretation was that Oryx powered the weapon that wiped out the awoken and that Oryx used the dreadnaught to amplify and channel his power. If that is the case we wouldn't be able to use the dreadnaught.
