Looks like standard armor but is highly reinforced with scratches, dents, and scorch marks all over it.
Grants unstoppable
Exotic perk: Impervious
Take 10% less damage and when you become critically wounded you you take 25% less damage and gain one fourth of a over shield but also do less damage.

Please make that benefit strikers... anything but sunbreakers.

Eh, striker has something similar. Maybe when you are critically injured and you have the shield and all that, you also deal less damage.
