You are right man...I confused what they said about factions loot drop (which also clearly DOESN'T WORK). I was wrong... Regarding your 2nd inquiry....Crota's End had the best loot system of all raids. I was fully geared on all characters in 3-4 runs. In King's Fall however, I still search for the helmet on 2 characters, and every other drop I get is with minimum light.
