Just because a person plays every day doesn't mean that they play long enough to complete the activities they need. I've had varying luck with the Spindle mission. I've beaten it on one try (with friends) and I've taken upwards of an hour (with friends) to get it done. I've also had unsuccessful runs with that mission, where we didn't get to finish it. ;)

  • I love the new difficulty in destiny it leads to such a feeling of satisfaction when you beat something you've been trying at for hours.

  • I hear you, there! I tend to play for fun, mostly. The gear is a bonus, but nothing compares to beating that really tough boss for the first time! XD I also like helping other folks. The reaction from my little brother the first time he saw Oryx rise up next to the Dreadnaught: priceless! (I'd like to caveat that with: I can understand why other players feel cheated, and I definitely have felt some of that frustration. I'm certainly not dismissing the poor RNG/loot drops!)
