I spend time with the wife and kid. Have some fresh air walks around my neigbourhood. I started learning card tricks! Sleight of hand and such! I have witcher 3 on the ps4 now.. But it has the pause button, so small dozes that. :) Just do it man! Call the quits and in few days you will realize that there are other things in the world!
