I was thinking about either on the back of my neck or my wrist.

If you want my two cents, I'd say have it on the back of your neck. It's a great place for a tattoo like this. But that's just my opinion.

I'm a woman if that matters any. I know some women have places to put tattoos that are different from where men may put them. I'm really liking the back of the neck idea though.

It matters a bit maybe, guys can't have everything on their wrists. Some tattoos look great on womens wrists and not so great on mens wrists. But with this one I think you can't make any mistakes. I just think the neck is more subtle which makes it in my opinion quite voluptuous. Had a girlfriend once who had a skull tattooed in the back of her neck. Every time she turned around I couldn't help but look at her neck.
