My friends and I were talking about this last night, and we think we came up with what happened... Bungie made a list of what the players really liked about yr1 and what needed to change. And then some ass went in an switched the list titles =)

OMG, I wish I could up-vote this more. TTK is so bad, this seems like the best explanation. I thought it was sabotage, because so much of it made so little sense. But this makes perfect sense. They've done the opposite of what they needed to since day one. They got on track with HoW, It gave me hope that they might have learned. Then they made every single mistake on TTK that they made with Vanilla, and TDB. Either sabotage or the lists got mixed up.
