It matters a bit maybe, guys can't have everything on their wrists. Some tattoos look great on womens wrists and not so great on mens wrists. But with this one I think you can't make any mistakes. I just think the neck is more subtle which makes it in my opinion quite voluptuous. Had a girlfriend once who had a skull tattooed in the back of her neck. Every time she turned around I couldn't help but look at her neck.
