Yes, it's simple business tactics. So more people buy destiny because of the free dlc and then they pay for more emotes.

This isn't an mmo. Is an fps that uses a few things from the mmo genre and does most of them badly. The only thing destiny does right is the gunplay. Destiny has such a terrible reputation in the gaming community if people don't have it yet they aren't going to get it. But you people go ahead and think free dlc is coming while spending money on stupid emotes that offer nothing to the actual game.
