When it comes to team games, W/L is the only thing that matters, but even that's highly conditional. W/L is only accurate if you consistently run a playlist with a full team, as there are too many variables to consider when running solo.
As for free-for-all, K/D and your overall spread are all that matter.

Win % means little in terms of individual skill in team games. In clash I'd say KD (or rather +/-) is the only thing that matters, because that is how the game is decided. In rumble, KD is telling but if you're just trying to win and don't care about deaths, your KD might be worse than other people you beat. So I'd say the only game where win % is telling and maybe the most indicative of skill is rumble...
