Anybody know where you can get a good melee weapon? I've just got these crappy little knuckles I nodded some blades onto the end of but I'm hoping for some sort of axe or machete.

Kill the swan in the Boston commons for the power fist. Does like 50 dmg off the back. They are sweet

There's a machete called Kremvh's Tooth or something in a quarry

I think one of the first vendors sell the legendary sword that does.+50% damage to robots Expensive tho

You can get a power fist from the Swan in swan lake or you could buy general chaos revenge from some vendors.

Grab Big Jim from Walden pond gift shop. 50% chance to cripple enemy legs on any hit I believe.

I have the power fist from Swan the super mutant. I had to hide in an apc throwing molotovs and taking potshots with a Hinton rifle, but it was worth it.

I have a pretty beast serrated Chinese officer sword from the diamond city weapon vendor.

Darn I wish I could go back to diamond city. I killed a guard and stole from the mayor and everything is still mad at me.

I blew a guards head off at range thinking he was a bandit. Killed them off for 5 minutes until I realized I wasn't supposed to be killing them >_>. Just reloaded an old save then.

Kill the swan out by the start of the freedon trail. Drops a good fist weapon.

Yeah I already walked into him. Easy peasy. Don't know why they had just a regular swan though.

I found a pipe wrench called the big Jim. Works really well.

Make a deathclaw gauntlet and shred people up.

I've got a Deathclaw hand but I don't know what else I need. Are there schematics like in previous games?

Honestly as far as I know you just need to unlock weapon mods from the upgrade perk list. Melee weapons are under strength I think.

I'm fairly sure there are schematics, I think I saw a mention of them in the loading screen
