Please help I have a question about arms day
How does it work? I'm only a rank one and bought a sniper last week so do I just bring it to the gunsmith? Does my level with the gunsmith have anything to do with getting better weapons? Thanks

If you get hit a lot in combat, it's possible that your arms can become crippled. Check your Pipboy for your stats and visit the Armsdealer to buy meds. He gets new stock every week.
