It doesn't really mean much about his sniping skill, everyone knows he's a machine, but if he has gotten body shot kills simply finishing of targets than it just hurts his persuasion percentage. Just a byproduct of playstyle, persist on percentage is less of an indicator of skill with a sniper than actually watching him do his thing.

Very true.. Sometimes body shots to finish off enemies are the smarter play so that might come into effect. But I do think there is something to be said for HS percentage especially with a really high number of sniper kills. End of the day if you get a headshot it's a one shot kill. Hard to beat
