This is just a suggestion but I used to be in a clan that used an app called GroupMe as an LFG. It's a pretty nifty app that allowed us to schedule games days, weeks and months in advance. It has a chat function where we can shoot the shit and a calendar function to set-up our LFG's. I started one for us so everyone to take a look at it and see if it's worth it.
