This is what completely ruined the allure of raiding in WoW. If people don't want to put time into doing difficult content, then they shouldn't do it, period. Not to say that raiding is difficult in this game, it take about an hour to find a raid group and clear the raid on hard mode.

Absolutely nothing changes for you. NOTHING! Having a easy match made raid only helps the community as a whole, especially those who can't spend a hour or more finding strangers. There is nothing bad about having a choice.
