You lead her on and then you want to drop her? Don't, just don't. You obviously don't deserve her, if you leave though she'll be devastated. I feel bad for her :(

Well you didn't mention any of that in your initial post. Based off just what you said though (if it's true) then yeah she needs help. If you are going to drop her then be easy about it and maybe let her know why you want to separate. Try to get her to see that she needs help without just coming straight out and saying "You need serious help". Good luck

She doesn't need help. This is just typical school "love", if you will. It only sounds creepy because the feelings aren't reciprocated. There are MANY young couples who are physically around each other 24/7.
