My whole screen is just bright colors. It can't be Chems or anything because I have slept for 24 hours 3 times and have ridden my self of any addictions. It's getting really annoying too

I don't get it. Loading screens are just fine but whenever I actually load into the game it turns into the Smurfs movie

My only guess is drinking purified water. I though I saw something like that in the beginning of the game, but I'm not exactly sure, so you'll probably want to get confirmation on that.

Yea I can't find anything about this, it's just really annoying because whenever I get close to people they turn the color of smurfs and I can't really see far too

Huh. Try adjusting the colors in settings, or using your TV. Maybe it's a perk or injury/chem you got that did that. I'm not very sure. Keep asking around and hopefully someone will know...
