Even though it was nerfed so hard? It's still has the quickest damage output of all Launchers, but not by an insane amount. And out of only [i]two[/i] Exotic launchers, it's specifically designed [i]as[/i] the hardest-hitting one of the bunch, so it'd be weird if it didn't actually do that. Plus, it [i]does[/i] take up an Exotic slot, so it's not like it doesn't come with a price. :P
