Only with "new" maps and scenery. And honestly maps get reskinned to. This was proven in Ghosts when they reskinned BO2 maps and the MW2 campaign. Advanced Warfare was original because a new company designed it so they had to make am impression. (which did not work) other than that its just the same base game with different graphics and some added abilities

Its a franchise every cod is going to have almost the same mechanics otherwise theyed ruin it. Bo3 isnt a reskin though. Definition of a reskin is like halo mcc. Obviously they meant to reskin the old ones but that is what a reskin is. The same game with updated graghics.bo3 is a brand new game. The only reskin is the giant and thats a free map as a bonus for buying the season pass.
