Not everyone has the time to spend collecting fragments.
Some only play for short periods of time a week.

But its also a grim reminder that bungie contradicts itself.
Saying we don't want weapons that everyone will require. Then putting in a gun that obviously everyone will require.

1 ReplyI found I think 33 of these fragments before even knowing what what you could of received from it when ttk released. That was just running around patrol and doing activities and such. Finding the remainder literally took no time when learning where the rest were. So that part really doesn't even take a lot of time.
