Just saw that. There were apparently several explosions, which were reportedly grenades. News is only just getting information though, so hopefully it doesn't end up being too terrible. It's like Charlie Hebdo all over again. Explosions may have been suicide attacks apparently. There's also a very large potential hostage situation. Updates in link.
