Right now sunbreakers are quite a unique class, however clearly they are in need of some huge adjustments.
-[b]Cauterise[/b]
Right now cauterise seems to be rather ineffective. Something I have noticed about cauterise is that sometimes after getting a kill with my hammer, my health STOPS regenerating because of someone shooting me...
I mean... Like what? What is the point of this perk if it can be nullified by someone shooting me? I suggest that after getting a kill with a solar ability, all health is instantly replenished.
-[b]Armour[/b]
Now an odd thing happened yesterday. I died from nova bomb while in hammer of sol. I was very confused at first because I thought that TITANS were meant to be the TANK class, not warlocks. But then I realised that actually, it was not a single nova bomb that hit me, but 2!
Bungie, please please please make it more difficult to get kills with nova bomb. I mean, why does nova bomb have a larger blast radius than my hammers anyway?
-[b]Speed[/b]
Now bungie, I think Titans are a bit too slow. Although I know Titan's are the fastest with skating, what person in the right mind used increased control over catapult!
So I think a solution is to simply make hunters slower, make warlocks unable to sprint, give Titans blink, give hunters catapult and remove warlocks ability to jump.
This way the exploit where a few people are able to escape my super will be fixed, and HoS would be working as intended.
-[b]Flameseeker[/b]
Now I've noticed that there is a lack of tracking in Flameseeker. Sometimes it doesn't even track at all!
Now on the other hand, angry magic on warlocks is SO MUCH BETTER. But on top of that, the truth, a HEAVY WEAPON has more tracking than my HoS.
Come on bungie, hammer of sol is a SUPER so why does a rocket launcher have better tracking?! Like, it is a super after all...
-[b]Forgemaster[/b]
I've decided that this perk is useless. It only lets me throw a few extra hammers!! Like is this a glitch? But don't worry bungie, I've already got an idea on how to solve this problem:
-Regen super energy on hammer kill (like arc blade encore)
-Increase rate of fire of hammers onto the level of a vision of confluence speed
-Duel wield hammers
This way I might actually consider using this perk over suncharge.
-[b]Arcblade[/b]
I've noticed that sometimes my hammer doesn't one shot arc blade, and it ONLY takes 2 swipes to kill me. I don't know what you were thinking bungie. How does a pathetic blade cut through my armour?
Suggestions to fix:
-Increase hammer of sol velocity by 68%
-Reduce arc blade damage resistance by 8%
-Increase hammer of sol damage by 76%
-Reduce golden gun range by 250%
-Reduce arc blade lunge by 42%
-Remove Stormtrance ability to chain lightning (only damage one at a time)
-Give hammer of sol self-res.
After this I might consider using sunbreaker over defender
-[b]Tether[/b]
I think I've noticed an issue in which another class's super has managed to shut my one down. Don't worry bungie, I've already identified the issue: Nightstalker.
The tether lock on time is too fast. In fact last game the tether actually HIT ME, like what?? Why does catapult not get me out of the tether?
Suggestions:
-Remove tether's ability to shut down supers
-Give Titans smoke bombs
-Remove all aim assist from tether
-Buff Thorn
After this I think the glitch with nightstalker would be fixed.
-[b]Melee[/b]
Bungie why does a warlock have a Melee snipe? Why am I a t-Rex? To fix this I would:
-Make suncharge the default Melee.
-Increase suncharge lunge by 70%
-Replace suncharge perk node with 'Becone the flame' which will 'Grant an unlimited length suncharge, allowing you to traverse the map with extreme speeds'
[b]After[/b] all this, I think the necessary adjustments to sunbreaker would have been made. However to ensure this doesn't become to overpowered, we will nerf the sunbreaker in one aspect:

After this, I think destiny would be much more balanced. As a reward for us Titans not complaining [b]one bit[/b] in year one, we deserve at least a half decent subclass in year 2.
