Vilnaks, out of boredom, looks through the jobs kiosk to see what jobs were available*

The kiosk shows a bounty on the heads of a small band of space pirates, a mysterious object in a nearby location, and a courier convoy requesting escort through a nebula. Each job can be looked into further.
-
He looks into the pirate bounty and the mysterious object bounty*
-
Pirate Bounty: Estimate of 6-10 pirates, in a ship marked by a large red X on the side. Pay: 300 credits dead. 500 if all are alive. Description: These pirates have been a nuisance, but not enough to warrant high pay without bringing them in alive. Mysterious Object: Put up by another merc group, an asteroid with purple etchings seemed to mess with their electronics as they neared it. They reported that it could be a hazard and should be destroyed or neutralized, though they put up no reward.
-
He takes the pirate bounty, and while heading towards his gunship to get ready, he looks at more details*
-
They seem to be more heavily armed and intelligent than the average pirates, ambushing people only in a specific part of space, a nebula quite close to the carrier. Their ship is nowhere near the size of a carrier, but large enough to ambush most merchant ships. No murders have been reported to be committed by the group. Joshua walks up beside you. "Looking into a job?"
-
"Yes. Since we are on considerable down time for some reason. It seems after freeing that woman, no one is hiring us for a job worthy of a group such as us."
-
Edited by Murph Tha Smurf: 11/15/2015 2:47:19 PM"I feel like someone will have a job for us soon especially with that president's assassination."
-
"In the meantime, want to join me?" he gets to a cargo ship*
-
Edited by Murph Tha Smurf: 11/15/2015 3:01:32 PM"Hell yeah! What's that take?" He boards behind you.
-
300 credits per dead pirate, 500 per live one, there is to be 6-10 pirates aboard their ship, marked with an X.
-
"Sounds good enough. Let's head out."
-
He engages the engines and heads into the aforementioned nebula. Once there, he flies around, giving the illusion the ship is lost*

Edited by Murph Tha Smurf: 11/15/2015 5:55:03 PMA signal is picked up. "Are you in need of assistance?"
sorry fell asleep
-
He scans for other ships, and looks for the target ship*
-
The nebula shows six ships approaching from all sides, however it could be the nebula messing with the scanners.
-
He makes the ship adrift, as if it's dead in the water, free for the looting, but keeps the scanners open to see if the ship with the mark docks*
-
The ship comes in contact with a tractor beam, pulling them towards a nebula cloud that they cannot see into. "What kind of average size ship has a tractor beam?"
-
He scans the ship with the tractor beam* "Tell me, have you heard of the Old Earth general Napoleon Bonaparte?"
-
According to scans it's as large as a cruiser, but the nebula could be messing with scans. "Yes, why?"
-
"Just you wait.." he scans again as the ships get closer together*
-
As the cloud clears, a carrier, about half the size of Cyprus, still being fairly large comes into view.
-
He looks for the red mark on the ship*
-
A large red X is on the side.
-
"Keep them alive if you can." he looks and sees the ship being pulled into the pirate ship hangar, and hides in a vent that goes to the cargo hold*
-
He hides in a vent nearby. "They have to have more than 10 guys to be running a ship that size. Any of this seem fishy to you?"
