Where do u get the specific pieces for the power armor? Like the helmet and leg? I know u can by a plain empty suit from the gun dude in diamond

There are a lot of power armor spawns sitting idle in the Wasteland. Some are full suits others are missing pieces. X01 armor only spawns around level 30 so don't be in too much of a hurry to find the frames.
