I always like seeing these odd items that were never fully implemented. I think the Epoch Splinter, Exotic Armor Shards, Exotic Weapon Core and the Vex Raid Rare were just scrapped in favor just using Exotic Shard. Probably as a way to trim down the amount of materials before launch. The Humble Gestures were given to youtubers as a way for them to show off some of the new emotes, and as someone else said, they were given to people who preordered the Digital Collectors Edition for TTK. I've heard the antique camera is used by Bungie for in game footage. Other than that, I would like to see some of this stuff added in at some point, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
