Man, no they don't. They have over the top cryptic nonsense that's only mildly related to whatever card it's behind. The only ones even remotely close to a story are the books of sorrow. The rest are way too short to constitute a story and the whole thing is a really bullshit way to convey a story. The majority of their audience isn't even old enough or educated enough to comprehend the grimoire cards. I'm a 28 year old college graduate with a minor in literature and I even had to read over some of them a few times to make sense of them. The way I see it, we paid for the game - story and all - we shouldn't have to work so hard just to get a vague picture of what's going on.
