The eirene has more impact than the 1000 yard stare yet they hit for the same amount, and a stillpiercer with field choke hits harder than both of them.

Every thing caps on a lower level enemy. Shoot hard war priest with both from same range. Also sniper falloff affects it. Who ever thought to put damage fall off on a sniper from 100 feet and every step back drops the damage by hundreds was retarded I must say.
