I don't care what light Lvl my rewards are from hard raid. I just want a damn hard mode helmet for the shader. I think that's the number 1 cause of frustration. The previous hard raids awarded the shader on completion. This raid requires you to get lucky, or have 3 of the same character in order to get it...which is pure bullshit!

lol I got 2 helmets drop at the same time the other day! One normal at 306 and one heroic at 312! :D

I got the hard raid shader in 4 completions with my Warlock.

You can have any classes armour in inventory to match requirements for the shader just need one of each gear slot (head, chest, hands, feet) on the same character at the same time. Don't have to be worn to qualify. Doesn't excuse the way loot is handled but it doesn't require 3 of same class at least.

I know that. I just need the helmet on ANY character to get the shader for all of them. I have all the rest of the armor...
