Only if that other team is stupid enough to cluster when somebody pops said hammer. Even in a best case scenario, 90% of a game will be fought with gunskill (with the exception of Mayhem). If you aren't good enough to get any sort of kill in Crucible, stick to PvE. It would also appear that you're only listening to/using the parts of the argument that support your own opinion on this.
