"Possibly. Others translate it quite literally, as if it's in the person's blood."
He sips again, making a comment on how the tea is so good because it's procured from the leaves in the forest.
"Anyway, speaking of blood, that is what must be offered at those shrines, according to the elders. Apologies if you still plan to pursue your mission."

"I've been through worse. Say, what's your opinion on the forest?"
-
"Only ever been far enough to harvest tea leaves. It's tranquil for that distance. There's a man in town who said he'd been to a shrine, but he's a drunk and not many believe his words."
-
"Hmmmm, sometimes the madmen speak the truth. It's happened before."
-
"You might be right. He's probably over at the bar."
-
"I'll go see him, lets hope that the serums I have can sober someone up."
-
"He's probably not too drunk yet. It's only 4:00."
-
"Great, I'll see you again sometime. Thanks for the tea." vaaxius finishes her tea and walks out the door, heading to the bar
-
"Anytime, drifter."
-
"I'm a baroness, I hope this isn't a permanent goodbye." vaaxius smiles as she walks away and into the bar
-
Being early, only the barkeep and one man are there, talking. They both are a bit surprised when you enter. The man is dressed in different apparel than the others around town, almost like a mercenary.

"Yup, i wanted to speak with him." vaaxius points to the man who she thinks is the drunk

The drunk looks up. "Who would ever want to listen to my ramblings...?"
-
"Someone who believes that the mad sometimes know more that a scholar."
-
"Sit down then." He looks to the bartender. "Get one for her as well."

"The man I spoke with said that you have been to one of the shrines, is that what stopped you from continuing your line of work?"
-
"Yeah." He takes a drink. "It was the Northern shrine."
-
"What did you see there?'
-
"You wouldn't believe me..."
-
"Hey, I've seen crazier." "She has a good point." "And you picked this time to talk, Lupa?" another voice leaves her mouth, it was female and sounded distorted, as if it was either robotic or supernatural
