I still notice the Enemies>Vex>Ghost Fragment: Vex 5 card is errantly appearing in my Xbox Live grimoire as legitimately attainable. It also errantly causes the Enemies>Vex card to appear incomplete in the Xbox Live grimoire when all other cards in Enemies>Vex have been collected and are at their maximum ranks, where applicable. I find it unlikely that Bungie wishes Xbox Live players to glitch jump their way to the Echo Chamber location on Venus to collect the ghost, which is the only method on that platform to acquire it, since this is supposed to be a PlayStation exclusive location.
