The void has been past down from Hunter to Hunter for generations, if anything I say the Titans were born into the void since they put up a freakin indestructible bubble to sit in

Apparently it's tough for hunters to create a void bow cause they're the practical type. They don't mess with that purple space magic but the ones who isolated themselves in the wilderness have a much clearer head with less fear of the unknown and so had a easier time making a void bow. At least that's how I see it.
