Here is a point we can agree on. We should not vilify our differences. Whether we should celebrate our uniqueness, is still up for debate.

Mm, because -blam!- being different, right? Everyone should just be exactly the same, with the same strengths, weaknesses, personalities, memories, opinions, etc.

No. I once read (I for the life of me can't remember where) that our diversity is really the main thing we have in common. In other words we are more different than alike. I just don't see a reason in pointing out our differences in villainy or celebration. Again it divides us.
