So I have a question about the Xbox One, and would preferably like an answer from someone who has encountered a similar problem.
I recently upgraded my console, and yesterday I finally bit the bullet and repurchased Destiny: The Taken King (Collector's Edition) digitally for $80. After doing the math, I discovered that with my net speed it would take just about 18 hours to download and install it, so instead of spending my whole afternoon stating at a progress bar, I decided to play some Fallout 4 (installed from a disc) while I waited instead.
Everything was going fine for roughly 8 hours or so, then Fallout 4 suddenly crashed to the home screen. I didn't have to turn off my xbox or reset it, but the game audio looped for a good 30 seconds, then I was returned to the home screen, and I was able to re-launch the game and play it for another hour or two without any further problems.
My question is, would Fallout 4 crashing cause the Destiny download to install incorrectly? As long as the console didn't lose power, I doubt this would be the case, but after an old 360's hard drive got bricked from a particularly nasty crash, it's always good to have that extra piece of mind.
Thank you for your time,

It's just a minor annoyance, so long as your internet is still running you should be ok.
