No offence, but people who are transgender are mentally ill and need help
English

>says "no offense" >says something offensive.

To be fair, I don't think it's necessarily offensive, as mental illness isn't inherently offensive. You can believe that it's a mental illness without being demeaning or rude.
To be fair, I don't think it's necessarily offensive, as mental illness isn't inherently offensive. Referring to transgenderism as a mental illness [when it clearly is not] is meant as an insult, and is offensive.
-
That's where I think it differs from case to case. Some people use it as an insult, but that's not always the case. Mental illness isn't insulting just by itself, and so if someone doesn't understand something as radically different as transgenderism, mental illness might seem like the best explanation. It's not always used with ill intent. Whether or not it's insulting in those situations is dependant on the feelings of who it's directed at.

Test tube science projects will never be real humans. When your parents gave you birth into this world you were blessed and given certain amount of chromosomes to decide whether you were male or female so going against nature is wrong and selfish. Dickless men will never be women, vag-less women will never be men.
-
How is it selfish?

I'm offensive and i find this trans.
Sike, i ain't a -blam!-in trans
-
That is very offensive
A psychological state is considered a mental disorder only if it causes significant distress or disability. Many transgender people do not experience their gender as distressing or disabling, which implies that identifying as transgender does not constitute a mental disorder
Most experts will agree to this. The only reason why suicides and even murders are through the roof with trans individuals is simply because of the social stigmatization of being transgender. It's believed to be immoral, creepy, weird or gross. However this is simply not true and I characterize anyone who has driven a trans, gay or any other minority person to self harm as as bad as if they physically put their hands on them. Everyone deserves equality and everyone should be respected. Except the science deniers. Those people need help.

Hypocrite much?

You just made yourself look like the biggest idiot ever. He said Illness not disorder
There is no fundamental difference between so-called mental illnesses or disorders and physical illnesses or disorders; both are simply subsets of illness or disorder in general (Kendell, 1993; American Psychiatric Association, 1994).
-
That's funny because things have changed its no longer a disorder (even though it truly is) and it's still an illness
The current main psychiatric approaches to treatment for persons diagnosed with GID are psychotherapy or to support the individual's preferred gender through hormone therapy, gender expression and role, or surgery.[10]
