I'm still waiting to be able to upgrade my silver shroud armour but the radio station isn't even active. Starting to think it bugged out on me. I'm level 27 now u think and everyone says you get the first upgrade at level 25...anyone know whether this is even worthwhile as armour?

Edited by The Cyndaquil: 11/22/2015 7:15:04 PMYou don't need the radio station. Go to the Memory Den in Goodneighbor. Once inside the main room, go into the left door. There should be a ghoul who will ask you to get the costume. He then upgrades the costume and gives you the Silver Submachinegun.

You didn't get the armor before all the "bad guys" you had to kill?
