I'm on survival, where can I find real hard legendary enemies? I've been to the glowing sea, not much of a challenge

No enemies are real hard to kill if you know what your doing. Run around in an outfit attacking stuff with the flare gun or the syringer if you want to challenge yourself

I've fought about 30 so far. Usually they're in dungeons. Occasionally they are out in the wild.

There's not really a guaranteed place to find them. It's just luck
